    Skyrim is very good game
Try to make your game like that

@tinybyte My game is completely different in every way.. The only similarity is that they are both moddable. :P

What is it? Share some pics

@tinybyte 2D Hacking Sim. It looks like crap ATM because it's curentally pre-alpha. Eventually I'd like to make look like a computer desktop.

It's much more in-debth than it looks i swear! xD

@tinybyte Also, the UI is made using Tkinter. I plan on switching to pyKivy before i move out of Alpha

@Cyanite Nah... Adulting is easy. Just don't eat ice cream for every meal.
(I... Hum... A friend told me.)

Apart from that, keep us updated on your progress/game ;)

@Jilano Thinking about making a full post about it. I've mentioned it a few times, but never went into too much detail. I'll pop a link here for ya once I post it. :3

I liked the name, here is some pre-alpha fan-art... Let me know when it's released.

@cpt-ado Woah.. I really like that. May I use it?

    For anything you want to

@Cyanite After seeing your 2nd post I can now answer your initial question:
Do work on your game, please :D

(But keep some "me" time to clear your head ;))

PS: And good luck with your game!

The difference between Skyrim and Your game is We haven't played your game yet!!!!
Good luck making it, and if you're looking for testing the game, you can find plenty of people right here.

@cpt-ado I scaled it up a bit, and cleaned it up. It's now my desktop wallpaper, and the header for the official twitter account: http://twitter.com/exit_code_dev

@Cyanite it looks good, sorry for the low quality image, I made it in my phone when I saw your logo. If you want help with anything I'd love to get involve. Always wanted to play a game similar to Digital: A love story.

@cpt-ado I have never heard of that.. Care to throw me a link?

@cpt-ado Any help will be greatly appriciated. If you know Python, I will put you to work. Otherwise, you can help me deeply by giving me ideas for websites, exploits, and viruses. If you know anything about hacking(or if you're good at "faking it till' you make it") then give me ideas on how to structure systems for hacking. ^~^

@Cyanite you changed the length of the top of the door, it adds to the perspective. I know Python! And would love to help designing the OS look too, anything really.

@cpt-ado If you know Kivy, then i REALLY need tutoring.. For such a simple language, it sure kicks my ass! Also, my OCD was killing me, so i converted it to equal 5x5 pixel tiles. Thats why it's slightly taller.

@Cyanite never used it but I'll look into it. Let you know after Wednesday, I have a calculus final I should be studying for...

@cpt-ado Kivy(sometimes called pyKivy) is the simplest language ever. Like, ridiculously simple. But i am haveing such a hard time with it. I guess because it's not like anything i've used before.

@Cyanite I checked their website, it looks quite straightforward, give it some time.
  • 1
@cpt-ado Still, I can't wrap my head around it..
  • 0
@Cyanite do you need to use it? Why not ask here for some other libraries? Maybe there is a simpler one?
  • 1
@cpt-ado I need something that looks like Kivy, quacks like Kivy, but isn't Kivy. Kivy is very elegant, supports animations, and can do exactly what i need(move "desktop app/windows"(boxes) around with the mouse), and it's still a 2D engine.. Just you have to code these annoying .kv scripts for the UI. I need something that looks/acts the same, but uses python code.

@Cyanite but kivy is Python code, don't let the API reference intimidate you.
  • 1
@cpt-ado I've "heard" that you can code Kivy in Python code, but i can't find any documentation on it. Everything i dig up is .kv code. (devRant wont let me send images?)

@Cyanite just check kivy basics in the official documentation and you'll see examples using main.py
