If no one has used it before in your team, it's about to become a giant mess.

    What were you using before?

@pythondev if sit down with your team and understand how things should be tracked.

Sure it's good to have tickets, but putting structure into place is easier on a new board then it is later.
Understand how things move in your
team from scoping / design to being live in production, before you get going.

You need to agree on a convention that you all stick to. It's like a giant, untamed beast that can be tamed and bashed into shape to do something vaguely useful if you really know what you're doing, but if you don't then none of it will make sense, you'll lose stories left right and centre, and the beast will bite. Hard.

@nitwhiz: Is it normal that it shows incidents for half the services?

If you were to take the bureaucracy of the Soviet Union and convert it straight to software Jira would be what you would get.

It runs slower than a two legged sloth, it's as intuitive as quantum mechanics, and it is as user friendly as a coked up, sleep deprived, Polar Bear.

    So my condolences.
