@donuts It is satire. It is redefining "ace" (which usually means winning) as failing. This is a sarcastic "ace".

@donuts To be fair, as a technician you should be able to solve technical problems under a lot of pressure too, with personal questions the interview is the last time you need to answer them.

My interview technique for my current job was to get the interviewer to both ask and answer the questions. The conversation went:
Him: what could you ask us? Oh you could ask X?
Also him: that's a great question. Well...
I don't get this one? Anyone wanna explain?
