rubber. i hate mechanical keyboards. the are so awfully loud - even the "silent" ones.

I had kailh browns/rk87 keyboard, but replaced it with clicky romer-gs/g915 for better connectivity and less wrist pain. It's terribly overpriced, but i found great offer at around 1/3 of official price in local electronic store - it was after repair.
Works great so far, and i like low profile switches more. -
Rubber dome with some strange lever mechanism that's standard for Lenovo laptop keyboards. I've never used a good keyboard but this is the best I've had so far and it's extremely durable.

j0n4s53103yRubber but with a bit of clicky noise. Dont want that noisy mechanical but still want a little bit clicky

@lbfalvy The best keyboards i have encountered in laptops were in older thinkpads. Current ones are good when compared to competitors, but lost a lot (worse layout, smaller keycaps and about 1/3 of travel).
Overhead led was replaced by normal back light which is good. -
@Lensflare i have a MS keyboard too, it has even less fancy shit since some keys started to fail gradually.
-
@impune-pl I own a Y510P released in 2012, I have no idea what they've been doing the past 10 years.
-
@electrineer of all the keyboards that I had (about 15€), I found that MS keyboards take the longest time before they start to fail.
-
@Lensflare maybe I bought too expensive one then, it's the only keyboard I've had that broke.

I use a Logitech Deluxe 250 with silicone membrane switches and laser-engraved caps.
I am pretty satisfied with the quality, robustness and tactile feel and would definitely buy it again.
