WTF Facebook?!

Removed the app months ago. If needed I use web version.

Classic example of large companies not understanding versioning.

Google pull the same shit.

We got it, Facebooks app size is huge.
We don't need this 2000x times again, thanks.

@nblackburn well google understands versioning they just only use one level of it.

No major or minor.

Mozilla Firefox does the same. Only the occasional hot bug fix version, all the rest is new major versions.

Its more of continuos integration of new features than new versions which eases testing and deployment since it is less new things that can break on each release.

@Voxera It's not really new features most of the time to warrant major milestones.

Using web version reduced distractions as I don't get notified a out anything until I intend to access Facebook. But then, devRant came to life :P

It's a compressed offline version of all current content. 😝

@magicMirror that's why I said WTF in the first place 😂 last time I checked it was 160mb or something like that.

Checkout hermit, it's basically the web version as an app. It works really good. Exactly like the app but without some animations 👍
