I mean, Express is commonly used with some kind of templating language.

I prefer PHP as opposed to JS, but no inline PHP tags, just OOP code and separate templating (Blade, etc.)

Even in minor numbers, seems like Wasm will lead to severe fragmentation.

I'm not unlucky given that JavaScript is the alternative, though it would be more marvelous if a new type safe language would be embedded by all browser and become the standard.
