    @spongegeoff Sure, but customers don't just describe accurately what they want. To get that information, you have to interrogate them thoroughly and apply different psychological tricks to make them confess what they actually think they want. And then you still have to use a shitton of experience and contextual information to derive from the confessions what the customer actually wants - before you can go on the quest of finding out, what he actually needs... And then you still have to settle with the customer for a compromise of what he thinks he wants and what he actually needs before you can start translating into technical requirements, architectures, and finally... code.
