My head: I never get to code cause all we do is meetings. Like no shit I have slowed down. Why the fuck do we have 3 days just full of meetings that I don’t even contribute to ?! I’m not gonna do overtime for this shit

It's not too late to push back. Email and say you've reviewed what you're doing, and that x% of your time is now spent on meetings, up from y% when you were better performing. Ask which ones they want you to prioritise and which ones can go.

Mute the meeting and do real life job during this time.
