I'm pretty young for a dev and I am still learning as one but I find it sad how nobody at my middle school knows anything about code. But I'm glad I got this app because I get to see what devs are up to 😃 blessdd

I was developing pretty sophisticated photo galleries and message boards when I was in middle school. The code was crap but it worked.

I even contributed to some old PHP blog applications. I distinctly remember a "plugin" (you had to tell people what lines of code to change back then) that allowed you to switch themes depending on time of day.

They started teaching us MS DOS and DBASE right from 5th std, and in the 8th grade they abruptly jumped to Microsoft Office. :|

@Almost I also started coding in middle school, but everything I had to learn from the web. No real computer skills were thought at school.

I started to program in college. Use that valuable time.

Wow! You should try joining programming competitions to have fun and to socialize with other programmers around your age. 😉

@mcttan "socialize with other programmers around you" - Definition of irony.
