feel the same way, its even worse if the rest of your company claims to be one too..

That's usually a family Holliday for me when everybody start talking about their jobs...

And the only thing that can understand you is your computer, just like Wilson.

Found a new better job for this reason. Take your time finding a better role and be picky about it. Pay, location, commute, role, everything. Because right now you can afford to and if you stay at your current job it may not be this way for ever so take the opportunity while you have it and spend the next 3 months on the phone to recruiters.
