@Fast-Nop well you’re missing out my friend. C++ gives the best BJ. But sometimes they think they know it all and very controlling. That’s why I’m sticking with Python. Python doesn’t give me mixed signals (is she really mad?) and willing to try new things (sure, we can try dataclasses).

@NickyBones Given the major business trouble that Intel is in, I'd expect them to cut back on progressivity anyway. Anything that doesn't strictly contribute to the business line. The climate there will likely become harsher, especially when the layoff infights start. Cornered between mistakes of the past and the greed of their shareholders now isn't a good place to be in.

@Fast-Nop There was nothing progressive there when this shit happened in 2016. The progressive attitude was only present in their lame PR campaigns. And anyway, I consider not harassing employees to be standard and not politically inclined or agenda-pushing.

Intel sucks on many levels - some of them visible like executives, and some mostly known to people who work there. It's one of the best companies to be a "vegetable" - a completely useless employee that does basically nothing and never gets fired. Also, a terrible culture of bro-promotions for people that are unworthy but are friends with other managers. And this came at the expense of very skilled men too, who were not promoted because they were not in with the right crowd...

@NickyBones That would also help to explain why Intel got stuck in what felt like a century of Skylake rehashes, including the 11th gen disaster that was worse than 10th gen. I guess they'll really have to get their heads out of their asses this time.
