Doubt it. Imo to review code properly a dev should also know roughly how the app works. And people who know how the app works most likely are contributors/maintainers of the app. Which is what gh/gl have already: contributors and maintainers. Externalizing them doesn't make much sense to me
I could be wrong. This is only my opinion -
@netikras yeah I agree. But I was thinking that I could filter my repository to just Laravel devs and I could include 2-3 lines to what the app does so they have a context.
