Gotta revise MySQL and Java for my IT Matura exam on Wednesday...

Reading/writing from/to files in a Java 8 manner,
LOAD DATA (LOCAL) INFILE "blah.csv" LINES TERMINATED BY "\r\n" DELIMITED BY ";' etc.,
Java Comparator,
clean Eclipse install...

No Internet, I'll have javadoc and mycli though.

pretty sure Java has a standard lib for that now. 🤔

    @magicMirror For what?

    So DevRant doesn't use internet?

For writing files, I will probably use java.nio.files. Also, I won't interop Java&MySQL.

@devs No, I won't have an Internet connection during my exam. So no Stackoverflow nor quite lotta documentation.

Also I gotta learn how to browse javadoc easily with just clean Eclipse install and this Fedora package called "openjdk-8-javadoc" or something like that

Also, tomorrow is my English exam, gotta learn not to use "gotta".

@ArchieT arh, that's what you mean. I thought you meant now :)
Actually, tbh, it's kind of stupid (unrealistic) that they limit internet access during it exams. You will never in your career as a programmer be in such situation unless you live in Uganda

I could have chosen Windows and Access, but I don't know how to use Windows. And I chose MySQL over LibreOffice Base as it is even more counterintuitive. And I chose Java over C++, though that might have been a good choice. Python will be available next year or next next year.

I had my matura exam in pascal, those were the days

@RazorSh4rk this year Pascal has been removed from the list of allowed languages here in Poland. Or it will be next year. IDR.

@killermenpl No, you can choose between Windows or GNU/Linux, between MS Access, LibreOffice Base and MySQL, between MS Office and OpenOffice, between Codeblocks, lone GCC and Eclipse with Java 8. Check out the regulations.

@killermenpl Ah, File does not implement Reader but there is FileReader. Thanks :) Won't write more now 'cause I would be late for the English matura ;)

@killermenpl And if you meant I should have chosen MS Access: I just don't know how to use Windows, especially the new ones like Vista. I haven't been using them for quite a long time now. And all attempts were very uncomfortable and unsuccessful. Turns out it's all counterintuitive actually.

I succeeded on MySQL and Java (I have done 4.1., 4.2. and 6.) but failed on spreadsheets (did just 4.3., failed to do 4.4. and 4.5. and did not have time for 5.). I think I will manage to get accepted to the Nicolaus Copernicus University though which I aimed at no matter the score. Unless I failed my written Polish exam or will fail the oral one on Tuesday, the very last exam.
