Interviewer: could you quickly write a sorting algorithm?
Me: *for some reason only thing that comes to mind is sleep sort*
M: sure *writes sleep sort*
I: what the hell is this
M: *explains how it works*
I: you're hired

By the way if you run every thread with Sleep(array[i] / arrax.max), you get a constant O(1) run time
