About to go through the recruitment process for AWS cloud support engineer. Any inputs on what I should expect?

Did you complete any of their certifications?

One of our former employees just got hired by them last month, same role. He said they seemed to value showing leadership, being self motivated to learn new things, his achievement of AWS certification, and knowing some Regex and Python.

He has no college degree and had worked only 6 yrs in tech at our very small company, nothing of any significant platform size. Yet he got in, so they aren't necessarily looking for experience in large scale systems.

Update: I cleared the test. Now I have four rounds of interviews in three days.
