Yeah, for some reason IT support is considered to be free and not real work. Perhaps you should demand freebies from your relatives in return, such as mending your car or bike, building you a house or giving you stuff for free from their store - depending on their trade of course. And with the same attitude (that one usually gets as a geek), "Oh, you work with cars so surely you would love to repair my car, it's a hobby for you".

Alternatively, you could just tell them: NO!
