In 2017, who the hell goes to market with an app written in VB using SQL?????? Especially in the IoT space.
Are you kidding me? Even back when this project started, it was a dead language already.

    Nothing wrong with SQL exactly
    Other than the 1000 line insert trigger that performs most of the applications logic.
    Wtf?!?!?!?!
    It is vb.net, I guess I should clarify that I haven't used it in years. And it certainly doesn't belong in an IoT project.

    Refactor the SQL triggers out into something else? Rewrite the VB.net in C# or something more fitting?
