Well I am planning to advance that's why I am not staying at my student job which is still a small company which is using Python and doesn't care about Architectures.
I am planning to get into a mid tier company which is just doing software I wan't to work with bigger architectures and more statically typed languages ^^

That should surely help me gain experience with business Processes, architectures and real development with a bigger team
