Fuck first level support.
Usually the users are the problem because they don't know how to reboot or they delay software updates to infinity if you give them the option.

Additionally, having to log in on a user's computer, I always feel like I'm entering a messy's appartment. How can they live like that?

Well, to be fair.

Technologie (I mean OS with UIs like Mac, Windows) came a loong way

95% of the time user doesn’t even need to know where shit is stored .

I like VERY clean desktop (0 icons).

But for files organizations, for me there is only 2 types of files :

• Needs to be on OneDrive, because I need to keep it

• Whatever the fuck system decide as a save location is fine, I’ll use search anyway to find it

So I guess people expect same type of simplicity from every tool

If the user has to reboot, IT already failed.
