I need a place where i can put fck in some moments. I dont really want to scream it out. What do you guys do in these situations?

    Mind you, if you are a total newbie to this stuff, let trainers/senseis guide you and heed them.

    Grab yourself one of those big punchable enter keys, writing anything and using that is weirdly therapeutic

    Cooking.

    Makes fun to stomp thing, cut things, knead dough etc.

    Plus its an good "excuse" to invite people cause you suffer from excessive food..

    If you need a workout, I'd recommend stuff that's easily freezable or that have - without conservatives - a long storage life.

    E.g. cooking stews. Just take a 5 l pot for starters. Don't buy unnecessary stuff - e.g. go to a butcher, get a full chicken, prepare it by yourself. Bones can be cooked, nice bouillon. Meat can be frozen, guts can be prepared or stored (I usually give them to friends with animals, as guts are *hard* to cook right).

    Cooking is for me combination of anger management, meditation and focus training. I can cook for 3 - 6 hours and then just crash on the couch. Day done, but - lot of frustration just gone poof.
