Crime or success story?

I use it, works fine. If youre going command line, opt to use the git bash client, its a little nicer than cmd or powershell.

I recommend Cmder for Windows. Includes git and all other unix stuffs.

I just don't really like the idea of mixing programming and windows together. All my dev is done on KDE.

@0xH4lcyon why hate on other OS's? Use what you like and let eveyone use what they like.

Just because my opinion and personal preference is different from yours does not mean I am annexing your way as incorrect.
This isn't conflicting religion, nor is it a console war

Indeed SourceTree is a nice tool if you want to do git on Windows. It even has a CLI where you can hammer in your favorite git commands if you want to. It even has git flow support out of the box :)
