So we're using Jira Wiki for all the documentation related work. It's hell rich with features as they describe. But for me easiest way is to write doc on markdown and then copy paste on Wiki. Highlights code, format tables and aligns paras perfectly.

Well, I am sort of 'in charge' of compliance toba standard in documentation and testing, and you know what? I don't care at all about how you do it, if it is readable and clear you are very welcome to do it your way. Hell, you are more than welcome to suggest a better way to do it, I will happily support the change in the procedure with the department supervisor.
