Buyer's remorse is a bitch. Yes, it's the top shelf gadget. Yes, it may very well save my life. Yes, I've wanted it badly since it got released. Yes, I will be using it on every occasion.

But it's 300€ ffs...

    Understandable.
But you have it, and haven’t decided to return it, so you might as well enjoy it!

I found a usb dual microphone with some very nice feeling microphones. It was designed for a PC based sing a long game. I picked it up for like $10 years ago. Turns out the microphones seem to be pretty good quality and it is stereo. The sound I get out of them is pretty good. A lot better than I would have expected out of a sing a long game.

Well, you seem to be a motorcyclist - so might as well enjoy life while it lasts. And yes, hands-free communication is a safety feature.

@Oktokolo are you saying he is a Darwin Award participant?

@Demolishun Nah. Not particulary risk averse - but skydiving, freeclimbing or motorcycling doesn't make you a Darvin Award participant. These are risky activities - but they aren't the stupid ideas, the Darwin Awards are made to honor.

@Oktokolo I just thought the "while it lasts" was a bit ominous.

@Demolishun Sure, it is trading life expectancy for fun. But it isn't incredibly stupid. Nor is it surprisingly dangerous for the actor (it is an order of magnitude more dangerous than driving a car, but novbody is surprised by that).
