10:30 honestly we're halfway there so let's round to 11 and then get out for real this time
10:47 fell asleep
12:18 woke up

    Relatable. Started forcing myself to wake up at 6 a.m. though a few months back. Have been sticking to it since then and must admit my days are more productive and I do feel more energetic throughout the days. I also fall asleep faster and feel like I sleep better since I started doing it.

    It's mostly about figuring out what works for you.

    Every person has an inner clock, every persons inner clock ticks differently.

    Try out different sleeping schedules, you might learn something valuable - no matter how old you are.

    @IntrusionCM that and being mindful of when you consume caffeine. That stuff has a long biological half life
