Assuming you mean trialing, I really like it if done on the stuff that actually needs it

I assume mob refers to organised crime here.

Update: wow that was amazing. Highly recommend if you have a good team.
So therapeutic and not at all the car crash I feared it would be.
Having an initial intro (similar to the retrospective meeting one but for communication and changing the typer every 15) really harmonised our efforts.
