Brought in a meeting a really good idea. One guy out of 9 sayd, that it's stupid and we could not use it.

1 week later the same guy proposes the same idea to the boss and team. Took all the merit and when I confronted him, he denied, that it was first my idea.

Sorry to hear that dude, I seriously hate that kind of office politics BS. I never understood why people don't realize that they are all working towards a common goal(s) and pulling stupid shit like this just makes them look like arrogant knob-goblins.

I hope you're able to get more traction in the future with your thoughts and ideas from your coworkers without Jackass McAsshole shooting you down just to regurgitate your efforts so he can feel accomplished in his tiny pathetic life.

Well it's simple, if you cannot prove it , then loose it.

You said meeting and if it was a meeting to discuss ideas then definitely somebody prepared MOM and shared on with the attendees. Bingo, just forward it to your boss reclaiming your authority on the idea and get that fucker just look clueless.

And if no MOM was prepared, then definitely that meeting was wrong and you pitched your idea on the wrong side when someone picked it up and took it on a world tour. Pretty nasty world. Indeed
