@stop IP phones usually have the PC connected do them, so pulling the cable from the phone would mean no internet access on the PC :(

IT support guy said I had the option of getting a telephone on my desk. Fuck that guy. We use email, and Skype, and MS Teams, and Slack, and WebEx, and the team sits on the same corner of the floor. Why the fuck would I want another distraction?
