I gave you my email so when do I get stickers?

I got a new colleague (couple of weeks now). Head of operations. We tell him what we are doing this week in our weekly meeting. His tasks appear to be to have meetings with some of us from time to time. Giving no input, just listen and slowly repeating what he just heard.
