I sit on it everyday for more than a year now between 6 and 8 hours, my back thanks me. From time to time, i use an ordinary chair cause really exhausted or meeting room, but i find it uncomfortable. You should try it, it could be a game changer, it's actually awesome. The height of your desk is important, the ball should be in a correct size depending how tall you are, and it requires some try and error to find the right inflation, but when done right, it's a delight

This was all the rage when our new "modern office" was designed.

A bunch of large balls and standing desks were purchased.

Some people tried using the balls saying "they're great! They force you to sit upright and use your abs"
They kept it up for a few weeks.

After 4 months they were thrown into a storage room and now everyone used a chair again.

We have one in my office. I've never used it because I'm afraid I could fall.
