Frameworks dependent on fucking jQuery. It's 2017 for fuck's sake.

    Gotta love the "It's the $(CURRENT_YEAR)" argument.

    jQuery has its own place. You don't have to use it if you don't want to. :)

    @apisarenco I couldn't care less about it if it wasn't a dependency in 95% of the front-end frameworks.

    @620hun because it unified browsers, and they were the first ones to do it right. That's why a lot of newbs even regard it as a programming language even.

    jQuery reminds me a lot of my Mother... taught me a lot of bad habits, was pretty useless in most cases and got in the way of making things better, and now I keep hearing it's dead, but I still see it everywhere...
