Parents call me dumb but this is what happens when they don't understand probabilities and contrarianism....

There are 3, express trains (let's call A, B, C) in the morning 5 minutes apart.

After which the next one in 20 mins...

My parents can't be bothered to get up 10 minutes earlier and aim for A.

Today C got cancelled.

And here's the result... ORZ

And I'm late to work... With more stress than need....

So yea... I don't think I'm dumb, quite frankly I think I'm smarter than them and a lot of ppl...

    And now stage #2.

    Get on the train without seats like all the masses... Or wait for the next one and guess the correct door that will open first.

    There a light board that states which side opens first. It's right 90% of the time.

    Trains are pretty much one after the other at this time.

    @marthulu yes can't drive as disabled and I don't got my city apt yet. We live in the middle of nowhere...

    I get your frustration. But look in the bright side, I use the subway like this everyday...

    @brunofontes true but my issue is when there are easy solutions with little cost and lots of savings... most ppl don't see em

    Oh, I hate that. If there is a way to do something better, easier, that has no downside, why not?

    Show them this picture saying that's why you like to get the train A.

    this pic makes me scared literally everyone is looking down on their phone no one is looking up. I sometimes feel I don't belong to this world as I have two SIM cards with no 3G nor 4G subscriptions active on either of them, I'm only online when I'm home or if I'm on break at work 😓
