But I spent 17 years on one product on my former job :)
Before that I worked more as support/maintenance for external customers.
I did write some programs but mostly smaller ones and I was the only dev on those.
But in 2001 we started building web applications that we hosted our self and that customers subscribed to.
I was partly involved in most products but spent most time on one.
And we did start more than a dozen before finding the ones that actually did bring in money :)
But now I work with the e-commerce site for a pharmaceutical chain.
