Yaay, needing a program to set an animated background on Windows 10 :/

    It would be interesting to do a Conway's life simulation that is seeded by processes running on the system The different metrics for the processes could be used to seed the beginning size and location of the cells.

    Display fusion can do it, but you have to use the standard "my videos" folder.

    It's also great for multi screen setups.

    You need a program on any OS. The only difference is some may come with the program built-in. Welcome back nutterfly

    That was one of the features of win 7 ultimate if I remember correctly.
    Don't remember why Microsoft didn't keep it after.
