@Jonnyforgotten I don't believe that writing a variable name and watch it pop two real seconds after, and that saving should freeze the whole computer for another 10 seconds is 'over human awareness' matters 😁

Show them how without immediate action their income and employee moral also lags. Give them numbers in terms of dollars. Get everyone to refer to the lag as dollar lag or 'profit lag'. Sometimes that the only way to get the attention of the people who can approve stuff speak their language (greed).
