Felt like a real badass in middle school when I made my first .bat script that would recursively open itself. Took only two words. Four if you wanted exponential recursion rather than linear. And I came up with it by myself.

Cheesiest thing ever, but I really loved freaking people out by opening it and just watch windows grind to a halt as it would run out of ram opening thousands of terminal windows. Hell, it still gives me a kick today when I show it to people the first time :D

    Ohhh the good old times.

I used to create .bats which opened infinite browsers, run on startup.

    IT had a busy time.

I remember when I just started school (I knew absolutely nothing about programming/computers etc) and someone had ran a script on my pc that opened the cd drive every 2 minutes or so. Man was I confused. Can't believe I didn't even think to open task manager or smt.

I had that one .bat file that would create tons of folders on the desktop and copy itself in them, then open the copies which will create subfolders and copy themselves in them and open the new files, and then...Yeah, the RAM was full pretty quick.
