    As a newbie self learner, I must ask. How can I learn software development properly?

    I'm already reading about design patterns and my biggest conclusion is I should learn more about software architecture.

    @gitcommit Hard to tell really, because being a newbie today differs so much from being a newbie 30+ years ago. But yes, design patterns and architecture sounds like a good place to start.
