when you go to a coworker for pair programming and he insists that you write on his very very dirty and since 10 years never cleaned keyboard...

    Had a similar situation.
It was like a month ago, when my grandpa (I hate him) asked me to fix his new Receiver (which must be from 2012 or smth). He wanted to get rid of his old weak ass mini antenna.
I turned the TV on, but with an app that let's my smartphone send signals to the TV. Why? His TV console and his Receiver console were dirty af.
Just like if someone did jerk on it and left it unused for about 10 years.
He got pissed why I don't use his consoles instead.
I just left that place like it was.😁

btw sorry for my 'since 10 years', you should read it like 'since 2007'. I saw it too late for editing. Maybe I should go for devRant ++ subscription 😉

Wish our cleaning staff would go over the keyboards and mice. We don't have the supplies for it ourselves. I'd bring some from home but i don't want to be held responsible for possible damage.

I really need to start keeping a few disposable gloves in my bag if this ever happens to me.

I even bought a keyboard specifically for how easy it'd be to clean!

Imagine what would happen if you "accidentally" spill coffee in that keyboard
