ClamAv is probably your best bet.

Unless you wanna shell out for something, that'll hardly be worth it.

i use clamav on my file repository server on my office because of stupid user upload a document with virus to there. so i must clean everytime they did that. i did clean everytime i backup. and when it getting worse i just clean the hdd.

I love the term "troubles fixer". Someone should make a utility for that which can help you with common linux problems. Might actually not be a bad idea ^^

Lol, there are plenty of viruses, malware and other crap for linux...
