You should do more commits then. Imagine having to revert only one of the many changes or searching in commits for specific things.

yup, i have a reminder to commit every 10th min,
because otherwize then when the stars align and the high tide rises,
then a streak of many changes emerges.
by the time one returns from one such sensation of godlike ascendance, then its already too late..
ofcourse one could pick out the changes and commit but eh,
by the end of such streak my mind usually feels like a gattling gun needing an immidaite cool, best case would be to open an interactive commit @changes log, and go for a break.
i'm still struggling with that ... :p
