no ticket details

not giving me some useful documentation in our first conversation to clarify the ticket, that you have

    Create a label called "requires grooming". Tag the person in the label that more details are needed.

    If necessary, create a meeting for it at an awkward time for them. If they won't meet record it in the ticket and move it to blocked.

    If they do meet, just explain it's better to get these details in advanced, and maybe they'll change. Once groomed, mark with a label to know it was groomed late (post-groomed)

    If they don't change you now have a backlog of tickets labeled showing they're incompetent you can share with their manager and your manager.
