    Cool, make the remaining time dialog accurate and default to UTF please. Good luck, should be a no brainer!

    @c2wiki Windows is using UTF. UTF-16, but still Unicode

    OK, to be technically accurate: most of the interfaces are building on MS wide-char characters, which are a bastardized version of UCS-2 (The predecessor of UTF-16)

    But then there are things like .NET, Java and Qt, which are all using actual Unicode strings
