@Jonnyforgotten it's for computers that have cmd disabled or hidden then you can make this up and start hacking. E.g. my computer's at work are vm's and have minimal software access but they do have paint however...

Via mspaint is a very creative way to create a .bat file :) If you could access a texteditor or download files to disk it's much easier to create one though.
