"I'll buy the new iPhone because of its RAM"
"What amazes me of my new iPhone is its wonderful processor"
"I bought my iPhone because it let me free to do whatever I want"
- nobody, never

Seriously, have you ever seen someone saying that? Why the hell we nerd post things about how much is technically poorer an iPhone if compared with other phones when actually nobody cares about this? Come on, I'd never buy an iPhone as well, but I don't think this is the best way to change the other people' mind, I'm pretty sure that will increase the popularity instead.

for a noob I recommend an iPhone for a tech guy if no jailbreak it is not worth it.
but the fuzz of upgrading every year even for an Android phone (flagships only) is just stupid, unless the user is a heavy gamer and doesn't care about money

@gitpush if you stop a good looking girl in a street I can bet she has an iPhone. The "problem" of apple products is that they're status symbols and all the technology behind is only secondary. So yes maybe I'd advice an iPhone to someone who wants a easy to use phone, but not everyone who has an iPhone bought it because of its simplicity

@crisz I had a friend that upgraded from iPhoen 4 to 4s and when asked why: because bro, it is an iPhone!
You have a point there it is just for a symbol and nothing more for most people :\

People buy Iphones because of user experience. Most of android phones install shit software which you cannot get rid of if you don't know what you are doing with risk of loosing guarantee. Design and UX wins in mainstream over specs.
