Hacking is not something you just go and learn, hacking is all about security and a way to bypass it, until you don't know how it's been secure or have a basic idea about how security works you can start thinking about ways to break it.

If you can understand Dutch, certifiedsecure is a good starting place, the site learns you the first things to know about xss, sql injection, path reversal, some social engineering and a bit about forensics (the site just teaches the basics tho)

What kind of hacking interests you?
The hacking world is big and does not only encompass IT.
If you really want to get into hacking I always stress the importance of learning hacking culture that way you atleast you start with good ethics.
Also there are several cons who put there videos out there.
Defcon is the biggest by far.
I still want to go atleast once but it's too expensive for me right now.
