If i put a debit card that has no money on it on my aws account, and the billing stacks the fuck up so that way i never pay for their fucking bills... What would happen? Enlighten me. Next month you get a bill for $24 (and the total is usually ~$3000) and states "If you don't pay blah blah you will not have insurance blah blah".

I think "Its a glitch, the account isn't even active anymore" and ignore it.

2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail from a collection agency for $24 and if I don't pay they will begin their wage garnishment process.

They could sue you of course, but that assumes the time and hassle is worth it (almost certainly not.)

People pull this crap all the time, usually for crypto mining or similar - and tend to use stolen or untraceable cards anyway, so they couldn't really sue in this case even if they wanted to.

In reality they cut service and then the Amazon entity in that country would sue you for non payment. Your courts would be at their discretion of how to make you pay. In the US wage garnishment has been used commonly. However, if it is less than probably around 50k USD it’s probably not worth the manpower to do this, so they just ban you and keep sending bills
