Today I tried eating lunch NOT starting at a screen. It lasted all of about 5 minutes. 😞

Need to unplug.

    Leave your phone at home/work and go out for lunch. Even its by yourself. I have found it very helpful just to get away from the screens and work not only for mor energy but also for productivity, insperation and a clear mind when you get back.. Give it a shot, whats the worst that can happend?

    go outside in the glaring sun where it hurts your eyes to look at a screen -works for me!

    try a book, I always find it better to read... the problem I have is that I ran out of books
