@catintroholic I think its referring to the technique used to scan the IPs. As far as I can remember there are two modes in IP/port scanning: passive and aggressive, hence the name.

A is also first letter of alphabet and angry is earlier in the dictionary than awesome.

Some people make sure they get better listing that way.
