although I can understand grudges against pm, leaving a company like this is very unprofessional at least, and it might even close doors to other, better opportunities. always stay true to yourself and never lower to someone else's standards. those people will find themselves eventually. and otherwise: know that it's not always the people who work the hardest and know the material the best that get the most recognition in an organisation. sad but true.

Can't tell you how many times I've written an email like that, but stop before hitting send. Don't know who these people know, or how it could hurt my future, and yet I know the people I'm criticizing are so blissfully unaware that they would never take my feedback productively anyway
