I love windows, this happened during a class, thats the teacher's computer

    I never got this screen, except you just unplug it without shutting down, in this case more user error, than windows fault

    @janrtr i shut down my pc for good a year now with just pulling the plug from the Wall. Never had this problem. Sometimes i do shutdown though cause updates

    Hahaha an hour... those lying fuckers... I’ve never seen diskcheck take less than 3 hours in the wild.

    Tell the teacher to properly shut down their effing machine, and eject their peripherals.

    Yeah, this happens if you turn off your PC and Windows has reason to think it hurt your hard drive (perhaps because there still was a read or write process going on?). Windows allows you to skip the process of finding and fixing disk errors though, which your teacher clearly didn't do. Yay for people who know the systems they're working with :D
