Just make sure to word it so it points out cost impacts (time and money). Unless its some scummy harassment or something.

Never rant on a message, email, chat, or where you're recorded.
Ask to speak with the client or boss and ream them there.
Do not put anything in writing. Absolutely never open yourself up to that sort of liability. If you ream, you do so in private.
Conversely, if someones going to fuck you, make sure THEY put it in writing so you can link back to it if the need arises. -
@MammaNeedHummus your dad knows I love a good jizz wrastle.
In other news, I have been really digging this cum-pao chicken this place on my block has been cooking. I sit deep in deep-cumpilation as I savor the spunky flavors. “You must be a real nut” says Cumberbatch the old hag across the restaurant. “I definitely used to be” I reply as I cum to my wits. “What a load” old Cummy said as he shot a wad of spooge at me (he worked as a mechanic and had a lot of spare lube on deck). “I fucked your dad” I fired back spermatically. “He has been in a coffin for years” the dusty Cumster replied. “I know” I said… -
like the hummus mummy said, talk to the colleagues you trust, see if they share the same view. Maybe it's you, not him, that's backwards? Maybe the problem is in the communications?
If it's still him and everyone else agrees, I'd say try to escalate to your immediate manager. Be professional. And prepare some good and well-formulated arguments and examples before you do that. Choose the wording that shows your (his) problems as manager's/project's/company's problems
We had a similar problem with our DBA contractors not long ago. Manager suggested a solution that kept the sheep safe and the wolf fed, and now we're not only still working together, but also are in a good place on the personal level :)
DON'T do public shaming.
Hey hows it going my little cummies?
Have you ever recommended to your boss that a contractor is completely FUCKED in the head and that they are a huge risk to the company and project? Because I’m this πππ fucking close to just roasting this imbecile in the tech group chat π€ I’m wondering if I should do it
